- Contribute to project reporting and the implementation of company initiatives, driving success throughout execution.
- Provide expertise in civil & structural modifications to existing facilities, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Foster routine civil & structural support for various facilities, serving as a valuable resource in design and construction.
- Develop and review testing procedures to ensure the integrity of civil & structural packages.

Minimum Requirements for Success:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized and approved program (advanced degree preferred).
- Possess a minimum of fifteen years of experience in the Oil, Gas, and refining industries, with a specialization in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Demonstrate expertise in Engineering Design & Construction phases, with a strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and specifications.
- Exhibit excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven field experience in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation.
- PMP Certification is desirable, showcasing your commitment to project management excellence.

- Be flexible and adaptable, willing to work in multinational teams and relocate as needed.
