CCTV Operator

This pivotal role entails the operation and maintenance of surveillance equipment, monitoring both live and recorded video surveillance footage, and promptly reporting any incidents or suspicious behavior to the Security Supervisor - CCTV/Assistant Security Manager/Security Manager.

What you will be doing:

- Efficiently operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the waterpark, in compliance with operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.

- Documenting all events, incidents, and actions taken in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.

- Maintaining a secure system for providing data in accordance with company rules and regulations.

- Ensuring the security of the control room and equipment is consistently maintained.

- Conducting daily system checks to verify the proper functioning of equipment, including cameras, recording, and retrieval systems, and maintaining a detailed record of the inspections.

- Reporting any equipment failures promptly to the management.

- Providing an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service while effectively handling all inquiries.

- Collaborating with management to ensure the appropriate utilization of the CCTV system, including the maintenance of all evidential records and witness statements to meet the standards accepted by the rules of evidence.

REQUIREMENTS

Your experience and skills include:

- Possession of CCTV certification and proficiency in computer usage.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

- Strong command of the English language.

- Clean criminal record.
