PM Modi Mocks Opposition's Mega Patna Gathering: Promises Unprecedented Rs 20 Lakh Crore Scandal!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at the opposition leaders who recently gathered for a grand meeting in Patna on June 23. Speaking at a BJP event in Bhopal, PM Modi mocked the meeting, referring to it as a mere "photo session" and insinuated that every leader present had a notorious "history of scams." The Prime Minister's comments came shortly after leaders from 15 opposition parties convened in Patna to strategize and lay the groundwork for an anti-BJP front in preparation for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

PM Modi expressed his belief that the opposition leaders were feeling unsettled and anxious due to the impending electoral success of the saffron party. He stated that their collective restlessness prompted them to organize such meetings. PM Modi further pointed out that upon analyzing the photographs from the event, one could discern the corruption and scams associated with each individual present, making every photo a guarantee of financial malfeasance amounting to at least "Rs 20 lakh crore."

Highlighting the involvement of various parties, PM Modi specifically mentioned the Congress, stating that they alone were responsible for scams worth lakhs of crores. He also implicated parties such as the RJD, TMC, and NCP, suggesting that they too possessed a lengthy record of fraudulent activities. The Prime Minister remarked that while the opposition had attempted to challenge the BJP in the 2014 and 2019 elections, their current level of unease surpassed anything witnessed before.

PM Modi observed a significant shift in the dynamics between opposition parties, noting that they now sought alliances and displayed deference towards one another, whereas in the past, they were known for incessant mutual criticism and verbal abuse. According to PM Modi, this restlessness among opposition leaders indicated that the people of the country had already decided to reinstate the BJP in the 2024 elections. He confidently proclaimed that the BJP's massive victory was inevitable once again, which explained the panic exhibited by all opposition parties.

Asserting his commitment to combating corruption, PM Modi emphasized that the only guarantee opposition parties could offer was that of scams. He urged the country to consider whether they wished to accept this guarantee and contrasted it with his own guarantee—taking decisive action against every individual involved in corruption. PM Modi did not explicitly mention RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav but alluded to the opposition leaders heading to Patna to seek lessons from experienced individuals about being in jail. He likened it to a scenario where villagers eagerly seek the insights of a criminal returning from prison and suggested that the leaders of opposition parties felt the need for such experiences due to their awareness of being under scrutiny.
